Catherine O'Donnell Elected Parents Association President
August 29, 2010—Catherine O’Donnell, Esquire, recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2007, 2008 and 2009, has been elected Parents Association President for Wyoming Seminary Upper School in Kingston, PA and has been appointed to a two-year ex officio position on its Board of Trustees. Wyoming Seminary is the oldest coeducational independent college preparatory school in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Michael O'Donnell Dedicates the Little League Field in Hanover Township
April 24, 2010—Leadership Wilkes-Barre, Class of 2010, was very instrumental in the BILAA Little League Revitalization Project. The successful project involved the rehabilitation of the BILAA Little League field in the Lyndwood section of Hanover Township, PA. Opening day for the newly revitalized field took place on April, 24th, 2010. Michael O'Donnell, a member of the Leadership Class of 2010, participated in the opening day ceremonies. Michael is a practicing attorney with O'Donnell Law Offices in Kingston, PA.
Mock Trial Team Coached by Attorneys Neil and Cathy O’Donnell Wins District Competition

March 6, 2010—The Wyoming Seminary Mock Trial team recently placed first in the 2010 District High School Mock Trial Competition held in Wilkes-Barre. Attorneys Neil and Cathy O’Donnell coach the Wyoming Seminary team.
The Young Lawyers Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association sponsored the competition which provided high school students with firsthand experience of the American judicial system. Mock Trial teams argued a case before a judge and were evaluated based on their presentation, opening and closing statements, direct and cross examination, poise and articulation, control of facts ad knowledge of Mock Trial rules of laws and exceptions.

O'Donnell Law Offices Will Sponsor 18 Children in a Christmas Project

November 30, 2009—O'Donnell Law Offices will sponsor 18 children in a Christmas project for the McGlynn Learning Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The McGlynn Center, www.mcglynncenter.com, is a family enrichment center located within the Boulevard Town Homes, 72 Midland Ct, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. The Center is a non-profit, volunteer-driven family educational center operated by the Sisters of Mercy since 1988. The facility provides educational, recreational and social outreach programs and services for hundreds of children and their families.
Volunteers work one-on-one as tutors for children who visit the Learning Center after school. The staff is comprised mainly of caring community volunteers, primarily from local colleges and high schools.
O'Donnell Law Offices Sponsors the American Cancer Society
November 24, 2009—O'Donnell Law Offices recently made a donation to the American Cancer Society's Daffodil Days Campaign. Daffodil Days raises funds and awareness for the fight against cancer. The dollars raised through Daffodil Days enables the Society to help people fight the disease with courage and optimism. Contributions also fund cancer research and educate people on the importance of cancer prevention and early detection.
