October 8, 2013—O’Donnell Law Offices, Kingston, Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce Attorney Neil T. O’Donnell has officially received his recertification as a Civil Pretrial Practice Advocate by the National Board of Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy. The Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy is a division of the National Board of Trial Advocacy[NBTA], an American Bar Association accredited organization dedicated to certifying lawyer competence in their chosen specialty areas.

The mission of the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification is to inform and educate the public concerning representation by board certified specialists. The NBTA is
committed to identifying attorneys who possess an advanced level of skill and expertise in trial advocacy and have demonstrated integrity and dedication to the interests of their clients. Civil trial certification is granted to fewer than 4% of all practicing lawyers by an American Bar Association accredited or state sponsored certification board.

In addition to Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy Board certification, O’Donnell has been recognized as a Top 100 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer from 2007-2013. Attorney O’Donnell has also been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2014 and the 2013 edition of the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
