Three prominent attorneys from O’Donnell Law Offices in Kingston, Pennsylvania attended the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association Bench Bar Conference and Seminar on November 7, 2013. The attending attorneys were Neil T.O’Donnell, Catherine R. O’Donnell and Michael O’Donnell.
The conference and seminar offered three hours substantive and one hour ethics CLE credits. During the conference, Attorney Carl N. Frank was presented with the 2013 Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association’s President’s Award.
