Attorney Joseph Burke Presents Check to Luzerne County Dress for Success

Atty Joseph Burke, Executive Director of the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association, recently presented $500 to Luzerne County Dress for Success from The Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Charitable Foundation.
