For Gerard, personal injury is personal
When he was in his last year of law school, a family crisis led Attorney Gaughan to the personal injury practice area. Someone’s negligence caused serious injury for a close family member.
The harm and subsequent lawsuit showed him how an attorney’s close attention can help families feel confident and comfortable in what might be the most difficult and traumatic moments of their lives.
He pledged at that moment to commit everything he has to ensure the best possible outcomes for his clients, every single time.
As a member of the O’Donnell Law team, Attorney Gaughan has the authority to make that commitment to every one of his clients.
His commitment earned him a spot on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers’ 2022 Rising Star list. In the community, he’s a proud volunteer coordinator for the Luzerne County Mock Trial. He currently serves as vice president of the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association Young Lawyers’ Division.
