Michael A. O’Donnell is a certified specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation working exclusively on behalf of injured workers. Michael is a past and present officer with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Federal Bar Association – Middle District of Pennsylvania Chapter, and a member of the Junior Leadership Wilkes-Barre Board of Directors.

One of Attorney Michael O’Donnell’s practice areas focuses on Workers’ Compensation. He is a Pennsylvania Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. Michael was certified by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in May, 2015. Only 204 Pennsylvania attorneys are designated as Board Certified Specialists on Workers’ Compensation Law. To qualify for the certification exam, an applicant must document he or she is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, has been engaged in the practice of law for five years and dedicates a minimum of 50 percent of his or her practice to the specialty field of Workers’ Compensation.
