Attorney Joshua Perry
Joshua Perry brings an extensive background in health care to bear on his work as a personal injury lawyer.
He is a registered nurse who spent most of 11 years working in the intensive care unit at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center before pursuing his law degree. His experience gives him a deep knowledge base to understand the intricacies of personal injury for people who have been hurt in auto wrecks, on the job or because of someone else’s negligence.
As a medical provider, he also understands what it means to be whole. As a personal injury lawyer, he combines the empathy and exactness of a nurse with the cunning of a legal professional in a search for wholeness.
His mission guides him — to help his clients restore their lives as close to what they were before their injuries. That means fighting for their benefit so they can rest assured their medical bills, therapy and medication will be paid for.
Joshua earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Wilkes University in 2011. He earned his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law.
Before the law, a leader in health care
Before joining the legal profession, Joshua was an instructor through the American Heart Association for basic life support and advanced cardiac life support. He has several certifications through the American Heart Association, the American Burn Association and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses.
Joshua grew up in the Wyoming Valley and shares the whole firm’s commitment to the local community.
He and his wife, Carmen, have two children Lillian and Levi at home. When not fighting for his clients’ best interests, he watches them achieve success in activities like gymnastics, karate and soccer.
